He was not born of man alone, nor of beast, but from the twilight where spirits weave their curse upon bloodlines. His clan’s samurai once struck a forbidden bargain with a mountain yokai—power in exchange for loyalty. But when his ancestors broke that vow, their lineage was cursed: each generation would birth one child touched by the spirit world, bearing both fur and flesh, claw and conscience.
He is that child.
Once destined to protect his family, he instead brought shame. In a moment of pride, he defied the gods of his people, and his entire clan was swept into ruin. Now, bound by both blade and curse, he roams as a guardian of others, searching for battles that might restore the shattered honor of his bloodline. Every scar he carries is a ledger of sins—his own, his family’s, and the spirits that whisper in his dreams.
