I was thinking about frogs, for some reason, and then suddenly the thought came to me: "Hey, wasn't there some Egyptian goddess who had a frog's head?" (Couldn't remember her name or anything else about her; just the basic concept.) Googling assured me that there was such a goddess in Egyptian mythology, and her name is usually written in English as "Heqet" or "Hekt." She was sometimes represented in art as a frog's head on a woman's body, and sometimes was just shown as having the entire body of a frog. Impulsively, I decided to split the difference between those two approaches by making a creation of an anthropomorphic frog-woman standing in a frog-themed temple in Ancient Egypt.
