People in politics, they first stop with the blame game. They need to learn to state their feelings over issues. Such as I feel anxious because this means something to me. I think that's a first tiny step. Most of us do not know how to name our feelings, needs and boundaries. If everyone learned emotional intelligence & heal our traumas, the system would dismantle. That is the key to a strong connection. It builds trust & loyalty.
