... for shutting down an active offshore oil well before it has dried up. Especially under the current administration where the completion of already authorised offshore wind farms are being put on hold because of non-specified concerns. Paying tens of millions of dollars for plugging the Wells instead of letting them make more profit for another few years. Now, why would you do that?
