Interestingly, I actually own a very thin children's book, with a cover that shows StaIin, surrouded by children, sitting near a Christmas tree.
I also own a children's book with a title that would be translated as "Mother, could you tell us about Adolf HitIer?"
So, children books like these aren't actually that uncommon in one party states run by dictators.
Anyway, I couldn't get the hands right, so I did just Putin :
