I thought of you a lot recently, when I encountered a homeless amputee in a wheelchair here at the tip of the African continent. He was in a terrible state with his remaining leg badly swollen and infected. I made some images which I posted here and then archived because I worried about upsetting the NC folk living with physical challenges. Still waiting to find out if the man I encountered has been placed in a shelter and his leg appropriately treated medically. Fingers crossed. Bitterly cold here with torrential rain.
