This is the other main character from my work in progress, sister of mercy brother of death. He is very important for the story. He is the boyfriend of the main character Adraste and his fate is a rather bizarre one. He is officially a half elf and he and Adraste becomes best friends while studying. there he is unexpectedly chosen to become a so called cleanser, a person who has been magically altered so he doesnt really have a soul anymore, the cleansers are merciless killing machines created to fight a horrible plague, a sort of zombie virus. But he has lied, he isnt a half elf, he is half elf, a quarter human and a quarter shapeshifter, thus he isnt transformed like the others and keeps his soul and conscience. He is the same and yet not for he now walks on both sides, both the side of life and death. This gives him tremendous power and he is a sort of shady character, not good and not really evil.
