A beautiful rendition of a radiolaria in frosted glass
This image shows a translucent marble sculpture of a radiolaria. The sculpture features glass caustics and diffuse gaseous colors, reminiscent of professional astronomy photography.

Sub-Surface Scattering, instead, tells the renderer that the material scatters the light inside.
Example: a wax statue in front of a source of light. Another example: the human hears or fingers in front of a strong source of light.
Try it. It's not proper of glass, but more of alabaster, or wax etc. In such a render like yours here it could really work.
It's cool, Bou.
To be perfect, you need to add this parameter to one of your prompts (or add another): "raytracing, caustics, sub-surface scattering."
They are 3D renderers specific terms. Raytracing means that (okay, the technical explanation is too long) -- caustics are the way glass and metal refract the light -- here you have only a trace of them on the base.
