Red pandas are the only living member of the Ailuridae family, and their taxonomic position has long been a subject of scientific debate. Later, due to some agreements in DNA, they were assigned to the bear family (Ursidae).

Molecular phylogenetic studies show that red pandas are an ancient species in the order Carnivora (superfamily Musteloidea) and are probably most closely related to the group that includes skunks, raccoons and weasels.

an idiom arising from incorrect quoting; the quote in Shakespeare says 'to gild refined gold and paint the lily' 

I’m not sure which idiom is employed here (photorealism style perhaps) but I love a painting of a painting being prepared. The paint colour being applied to the flowers dripping on to the vase (bit like Alice in Wonderland where they painted the roses red as the wrong roses were planted)
