9th Circle Magic: The Euclidean Biosphere

this is the second stage to the Euclidean sanctuary spell series. the Euclidean Biosphere is a stationary fortress summoned with the purpose of being planted into a dead landscape, & this spell would gradually breathe new life into that space (1 acre at a time for an amount equal to the caster's level) . the spell requires a detailed diorama worth $10,000, that is used as a focus. If a revitalized area was damaged or destroyed, then expending one of 20 charges from the diorama, gradually restores the location back to the condition it was when it was first restored. this re-restoration takes 24 hours to complete unless living creatures died in that space. those creatures are revived as per the "raise dead" spell, but every 100 "animals" revived delays the area restoration by 8 hours. The spell is the 2nd precursor to the planetary sanctuary spell, Euclidean Ark.
