CK's arm day: Parallel Bar Dips

It's no longer a secret at the office that Clark Kent has a great physique, even when he tries to hide it under a ton of baggy, thick business suit.

Now that people are asking how he got such a body, Clark can't exactly say "My Kryptonian genetics allows my muscles to develop at an accelerated rate when my cells absorb energy from the yellow sun."

So Clark must now frequent the gym to offer a plausible excuse for his supernatural build.

Thus starts Clark Kent's weekly work-out regiment.
