So Much for Warrior Princess...

The impetuous princess thought that just because she knew how to swing a sword, she could ride into battle. Her father’s solution to this delusion was to bring her into an actual battle. There, she eagerly went into battle… only to be defeated by the first enemy she faced. But the king and his retinue were able to keep her safe as she slumbered. By the time she woke up, the battle was won. Thus, the princess learned the hard way that the myth of the amazons were simply that - a myth. It was fortunate that she didn’t have to pay the ultimate price.
