Almost 200 years after it was first produced and released to the market, the 2099 Pillory Breaker, Special Edition remains a coveted and sought after side arm. Even after 200 years, the Pillory Breaker is still fully useable without modification, compared to many other kinetic firearms of it's time. Unlike many others the 2099 has been found to safely handle the latest variants of the .50 AE round, including the impressive 475 grain tungsten penetrator round, traveling at almost 2,000 FPS. The original Pillory Breaker was designed from the ground up to safely handle three times the pressures and velocity of the rounds of it's day, as well as extremes in temperatures and weather conditions leading to it's legendary reputation. The re-issue is currently available in both short and long slide variants.
