Administration of the masses to be enslaved, tortured and/or eliminated goes by handling general population, in different ways. Accordingly to Evil Forces Leaders objectives, the Executioners cast is assuming the task of getting rid of the annoying elements in regions they are assigned to. They are ranked by Evil powers they are invested with, fitting the importance of their duties. Excutioners are in charge of many obligations, from public hanging of small groups of local rebels to genocide type of mass annihilation.
