yep a deep joy day spent in the office but important meetings about the plans for the housing estate project, blur prints and designs to go through before the final costings then approval  ... there are a few changes since first ideas the creative of an industrial heritage park as not all the old steelworks can be used for housing but the idea was not to pack things too densely but does mean maybe a few more small blocks or 3 or 4 story flats for the affordable housing side  .... sighs for when the day ends
