The fire was gone. Smoke drifted lazily into morning mist.  

Children laughed as rabbits hopped around them. Cats stretched on warm stones. Goats bleated softly.  

Aureliane smiled at a child. Sirinya guided villagers. Lysara calmed animals. Zahara guarded the gate with ease. Kaelira cleared rubble and waved at little ones.  

The Ashen Dominion retreated — tired, human, alive.  

Life returned. Dragons stretched wings, scales catching sunlight.  

The first fear had been faced, and the valley exhaled.

Aureliane handed treats. Sirinya laughed with a boy and rabbit.  
Lysara smiled while patting children. Zahara twirled with villagers.  
Kaelira handed cider and waved.  

All five queens were present, joyful and warm.  
The hall was alive, safe, and calm.  
The first battle had been won.
