Nazca Bird Crop Circle

Just like our corn turtle, there are two elements to this crop circle. The circle itself which is relatively primitive and brings to mind the style of the ancient inhabitants of these Isles, with their cup and ball markings carved into standing stones, or the simplistic style of the White Horse rendered in the chalk hillside at Uffington. Then beyond the circle there are symmetrical striations in the crops - possibly man made - but these form the rudimentary shape of a bird, swooping towards us, reminiscent of the Nazca lines of Peru.
