The Men of of the 804th Legion were mostly credited as being the first official Legion of the Galactic Empire to actually be established in the Milky Way Galaxy 5 days after the Galactic Empire's Exodus and over 3 days since the Galactic Empire's official Annexation of the Solar System and Earth in the year 2027 or 5 ABY in Star Wars Times. During the course of the Earth Imperial War, the 804th Legion was widely credited for its role in the hunting down of the Earth Resistance in Space, and were mostly known to battle the Earth Resistance on multiple planets outside the Solar System, while even going as far as to boarding the Venator Class Destroyer the Iona in the year 2037 and destroy the vessel from within causing it to crash on Planet Ark 4, however the Ship would survive the Impact and be launched a month after her crash landing, when the Earth Resistance defended the crash site against the 804th Legion for over 30 days.
