“We've arranged quarters for you here at our base,” the Chicago native said.

“Sister Helena, once we offload CB-3’s gear, can you give them a tour of the Monastery?” Larkin asked.
“Yes, Sir. I can,” Helena replied.
Chief Pfluger spoke up. “Tell ya whut, man, be careful widdat dang ol’ gear, man, some o’ that stuff, shoot, delicate’s all get-out, man, break if ya look at it cross-eyed, mmm-hmm,” he said rapidly in a Central Texas accent.
Fairbairn raised an eyebrow. “Did anyone get that?”
Helena raised her hand. “I understand him, Sir. “He said to be careful with their gear, some of this stuff is delicate.”
“Thank you, Sister,” said Larkin. “You heard Helena. Mind the Seabees’ gear. Fairbairn and Bjornson nodded. It took the two teams an hour to bring the gear into the refectory.
