I want to see fairness in the winning entries. 20 people entered and didn't rank. Some have good and reasonable things keeping them from voting while others just dismiss making the effort.
Undoing the top 10 each week is unreasonable, so I'm shifting the rules will be VOTING WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD 1st, 2nd, 3rd places. This will simplify things, and motivate ranking/voting. If there are more than 75 entries I will make it a 20 slot ranking list next week.
