I really like this image, generally speaking, but if you look close, you'll notice that her left arm & right leg are merged together. How can I avoid these sort of results?

Extra limbs and merged limbs and weirdness is built into AI, although it is getting better. Three recommendations:: in your positive prompts you can include things like "accurate anatomy" or "perfect anatomy" and in your negative prompts you can add things like "extra limbs" "deformed" etc. (the default negative prompt has a few of these). You can also evolve the image (and you can evolve and add negative prompts). Finally, inpainting can fix some things without too much effort.
