Luthorgirl Leads Lex Luthor's Army To World Domination

FluxRunway Gen-3 Alpha Turbo
After capturing Supergirl, Lex Luthor experimented on her.
Kal-El was an unusual natural Kryptonian birth. His genes are alien, but still a random fusion of both parents' DNA.
Kara Zor-El was genetically engineered like most of her kind. Her DNA is structured. Ordered. It's code that he learns how how to read.
He learns how to edit it.
Twisting her genes, Lex transformed Supergirl into an entirely obedient soldier.
The name 'Luthor' is a brand, after all, and thus Luthorgirl is born, with eye beams of green kryptonite radiation.
The costume is properly colored, there's an eagle motif for American propaganda, and even her neck is nicely collared
Luhorgirl feels no mercy, no pity, no remorse. She feels nothing. She knows only obedience to Lex Luthor.
Luthorgirl leads and army of mindless human experiments in (on brand) armor to conquer the world.
Superman soon falls to her, and the world follows.
With the last Kryptonian tamed and leashed, Lex Luthor rules the world at last.
