Looking for something to do to pass the time between lunch and their dinner reservation, they had decided to drive out to the Isle and walk the path along the beach. But it didn't take long before that lead to going out on the beach to walk along the lake shore. The weather was warmer than expected, yet windy which was driving the waves crashing against the beach. It didn't take long for her to begining playing in the waves, walking out then trying to run back before she got caught by the waves rushing in. Not fast enough when she went out to far, she found herself wet past her knees and soon had given in to the idea of cooling off in the waves. It didn't take long for her to end up completely soaked and now she found herself kneeling in the surf, giggling with delight after her unexpected fun in the lake. Their spontaneous stop at the beach would need to come to an end soon, and although they would try to dry, she fully anticipated still being a little bit wet for their dinner stop.
