It was a family show— the effed up part is that it was compulsory that every time Moose took a shot, the family was expected to take a shot. Not doing so was widely-rumored to summon the ghost of Lavrenty Beria.

***THE VODKA MOOSE SHOW*** was one I particularly liked.  

In the shows I saw, he never left the bathroom, constantly drank vodka from a cup, and would alternate between slurring/singing incomprehensible songs and shaking his fist and screaming.

I have no idea if it was or wasn't a kid's show.
