Papers, canned food, a radio station, and a bed .
Toggling the switch on the wall by accident, as thunder roared through the air. Sparked a life into a bulb lighting up the cabin.
I truly thought I was blessed...
...Till I found "That" book...
I did not know my life was going to change, just by seeing it.
I vaguely remember just touching the book as I sat on the bed just to take my shoes off. It was though a thousand voices of a thousand years screaming through my mind in an instance, drowning out all of my own thoughts.
My screams could be heard above the
intermediate clashes of thunder.
I do not remember going to sleep, but I did wake the next morning with me hugging that book.
