I almost didn't enter this design as it had some less finished parts to it. 

If it has a good message in the overall design and there's good contrast, some texture, and an element of something I just haven't seen before, I vote for images that aren't perfect. I think it's better to fit the theme than have a perfection contest, but that's just my newbie input.
