7th Circle Magic: The Euclidean City

a precursor to a more powerful sanctuary spell, the Euclidean City is a moving fortress designed with the purpose of being moved to either rescue the victims of a disaster or a means of establishing a new city in a short amount of time. the spell requires a detailed diorama worth $1000, that is used as a focus. If the conjured city is damaged or destroyed, then repairing the diorama, gradually restores the damaged city. the ultimate safety feature is that all living creatures in the conjured city, appear at a specific location designated by the caster beforehand. The designated location must be a place where the diorama has been kept for at least 24hrs previously. The spell is the precursor to the planetary sanctuary spell, Euclidean Ark.
