Oh very cool. This reads to me a few different ways, but the one that I enjoy is a sort of future world where nanobot interventions, biochemical editing and machine self-replicating has gone feral, and to the primitive surviving humanity is now like the Dark Ages' mythical creatures of the woods where few dared to venture.
Yeah that's quite a lot to see in a single picture but it's just a random worldbuilding that I've had for a while, and your glitching fairy with that ambiguous energy source wings immediately felt like it was in that world.
