Actually, we don't have many tram lines in Tajikistan, and even fewer ring roads, so it was probably not a song in Tajik. It wasn't an English song either, because I learned English when I was jailed in Pul-i-Charkhi, during the American invasion of Afghanistan, which was much later. It was probably a Soviet song, and I heard it when I was very young, either when the Soviets oppressed us, or just after we overthrew their rule. In any case, it was before the civil war: I remember myself very clearly from the time of the war onwards🤗
