I tried a few, and of course only DALLE 3 will create anything acceptable. I still think yours is the very best because I really like the cloud but also the finely detailed face. I added 'smoke cloud' to my prompt after taking other words out.

Oh, I just realize now this is someone else's, @martkno's prompt. I will go and check out the original.
I don't when and why Bing changed the creations to Tfif, but all you have to do to change it to jpg after downloading to your hard drive or phone, is highlight the tfif extension and replace with jpg. Voila. Works every single time.
