I wanted to do something involving Susan Storm Richards, aka "The Invisible Girl" (and later "The Invisible Woman") of Marvel's Fantastic Four. I also decided to ask for the style of one of the old masters in my prompt -- and I arbitrarily picked Titian. Then I decided that the face should be that of Meg Ryan in her younger days.
