Wonderful image. The screen shots I gave in chat will walk you through the first part of inpainting. If it's not something your comfortable trying I will help. If you do want to try you'll paint the area you want the prompt to change. Put your original Prompt about 0.3 add additional prompt that will be specific to what you want.
