Yes, I really think this is helping, I haven't had any of the agressive impulses since I got here and started mindfullness and physical training ( or maybe it's the company?) I just feel more ... grounded somehow.

Maybe there is also space to run and scream if you need to .. and we’ll the gym and you know I will take you in a boxing or wresting session .. so you can control release it if needed and well you have other releases don’t you
