Here's a somewhat improved version of this beast. This does kind of match the in-world description I have for it. "The Blizzard Stinger is a monstrous frozen chimera of a dragon. It has the body of a large cat, the armored hide of a dragon & the sharp stinger of a scorpion". As such, here it is, even using its famous frost breath.
