I understand completely why the photography gasped in amazement, this is beautiful!

And in fact, returning toward the Burgomaster's village, I found the last offshoots of the Intransigent settlement. Now dusk had come and a strange milky mist was rising from the forest floor. And in the Little Houses I encountered, lights were beginning to come on: yellowish glows from oil lamps.

A pair of Houses suddenly caught me. I gasped in amazement, from such was their beauty. I managed to take a photograph that is most likely the best I took that day: you can see the two Houses next to each other, the first inserted in a log and the other lower -- a moment before the mist envelops them hiding them for the night from the prying eyes of humans.
