I’m not sure if it’s just me, but does anyone find a song that almost speaks to your soul. It just makes you happy, sad or angry but it feels good to know that you’re not the only one who feels that way. This creation is inspired by me when I listen to music as I slowly blur my surroundings out until I can see the music.
Side note: I will be doing another collection about characters inspired by the planets of the universe, but should I make them more like goddess or modern day people who embody the plant? I think I’m leaning towards modern day characters, but if you have strong opinions they are welcome!

Wow, beautifully expressed! I feel like the golden and navy hues in the art certainly do well depict an aspect of music, with its everyday accessibility and its everyday magic. I love how you showed this concept of blurring your surroundings until you can see the music in the art, with the slight background blur and her total absorption in the melodies. I agree, and I feel like this is true for everyone, that there is at least one song in the world which you could just listen to and then you'd be absorbed, as the notes like water embrace you and you wouldn't be able to tell up from down and left from right and you wouldn't care, and you'd emerge refreshed and recreated.

well I do listen to music to help me focus when I'm doing work I think it works but usally when I hear a song I like I listen to it a lot also about the planet thing I like the modern idea
