"is that all thou hast to offer? Pfft, weak."
The Paladin winced with each ragged breath, now knelt to a knee. His gauntlet clutched his side where the shards of his holy armor had been damaged; one devistating strike was all it took, and its metal had been dented into his ribcage. Each breath brought about small bits of blood.
Arrogancé smirked. "Hast thee gotten rested enough? Surely thou didst think not to ever wish to lay that oh -so blessless blade against my flesh." The sound of her laughter was a deception, echoing the heavenly pslams but withholding all but anything heavenly. "Come now. I give thee the opportunity to stand once more. Art thou not going to taketh it ? Though, I doubt thy armor could withstand another blow from my might. Thee art but a mere Paladin, after all."
The Paladin scoffed, spitting out crimson speckled saliva into the ground. His eyes gleamed with cold fury. "You will die."
Arrogancé's laughter ended abruptly. "By thy hands? Heresy."
