The first historically confirmed person in the Bible is Libyan pharao Shoshenq I ("Shishak"). Reign some time in the 900s and/or 800s BC. Also his campaign in Israel and Judah. Looks & specifics unknown.
I liked this earlier, but couldn't comment as I had 90 messages. So belatedly: I really like this portrait. I always like to see black and gold together and the decorations here are simply magnificent! I also like the atmospheric background with the decorated columns.
