Amaterasu

Amaterasu Murphy was a police officer in a dystopian future ... until she reported fellow officers' wrongdoing too many times and several of them gunned her down on her way home. The state then converted her body into a weapon and used it to oppress the citizenry.

Over a year later, she was rescued by a local resistance cell and her malicious programming removed, and they gave her the option to design a new body for herself and place her brain and remaining organs in it. Now, she has a chance to recover her wiped memories, put her life back together ... and hunt down the people who destroyed her life and those who used her to hurt others ...
