Self-love

"Self-love is a concept I feel all humans struggle with at least once in their lives. And as someone who has struggled with it for the majority of my life, I have learned a lot about it over the years. When we hear the words "self-love" we typically think of the physical side of things like accepting our appearance or physical flaws. But self-love goes way deeper than just accepting the way we look, walk or speak. It is loving the very essence of who we are as a person and accepting our individuality. Understand that no one on this planet is exactly the same, but the standards and expectations of the society we live in categorise people and put them into groups or tiers of popularity and appearance. But we all are equally and unequally beautiful just the way we are as individuals and whoever tells you otherwise does not even understand the concept of love itself." - Faltered Sails
