Oh very good to get the South African aesthetic so well captured on ai ... clever thought to combine with today's topic. The pic looks just like a photo, was wondering if you had uploaded it for a minute. Makhanda is not too far off from the Karoo and I would think describing it as a Karoo town would be the best way to pick up on some of its character, else perhaps "crumbling Victorian city" might also be descriptive enough
