When the Sultan invoked the sacred prayer “Lahavle vela Kuvvete illa Billahil Aliyyil Azim”, the chains would loosen, and the Efreet would rise, wreathed in fire, to walk among men. The Jabirean Efreet was both weapon and warning. To the Sultan’s armies, its presence was a beacon of victory — flames that consumed the enemy and lighted the path to triumph. To their foes, it was terror incarnate, an inferno that no shield, no wall, no army could withstand. Yet the Efreet was not without will. Legends say it whispered in tongues of fire, testing the hearts of men, burning away weakness and pride. Those who stood in its flame were either purified or destroyed.

To the Sultan’s soldiers, they were unseen allies, fighting beside them in whispers and flame. To the Sultan’s enemies, they were nightmare itself — an army that could not be slain, for it was not of this world.
