Containment Procedures:

Containment of AQUA-004 is currently impossible. Coastal monitoring stations have been established to detect any unusual underwater seismic activity that may signal its awakening.

All coastal populations in high-risk areas are to undergo mandatory evacuation drills. In the event of a confirmed sighting, military assets are to be mobilized to divert or delay AQUA-004’s approach, though success rates have been limited.

The true danger of AQUA-004 lies in its ability to "absorb" all organic life caught within its tidal wave. Once engulfed by the wave, living creatures are pulled into the entity's liquid mass, where they become suspended in a state of suspended animation. Victims are trapped indefinitely, neither aging nor dying, but remaining fully conscious. Communication attempts with trapped individuals indicate they experience the sensation of constant drowning, yet never expire.

Once AQUA-004 completes its rampage, it retreats back into the ocean, leaving behind no trace of the captured victims. Efforts to track or predict the movements of AQUA-004 have proven fruitless, as it appears to be able to move independently of any known ocean currents or patterns.
