SDXL 0.9
For the record, the artist's name is Pascal Blanché, but if you spell it that way, the AI has no clue whom you're talking about and gives you random trash. And I know that, because I wasted 9 precious credits figuring out that I had to reference "Pascal Blanche" (no accent) instead.
Blanché is an interesting artist. His art is actually 3d renderings, but I honestly didn't even realize that until I watched a video about his process. The AI usually gives something good, though I wouldn't say it looks especially like his work. Influenced by it, maybe.
Creation Summary by Vincent
Desert Survivor Portrait in Illustration Style
A full body portrait of a stoic woman in Mad Max style clothing, standing on a rocky precipice at sunset. The image is reminiscent of digital illustrations with sharp outlines.

SDXL conveys Blanchet's style poorly: only conveys his favourite colour scheme. You can get closer (but not 100%) to the original with the tokens sci-fi, digital painting, vivid.

You've chosed to portray a theme atypical for Blanche, you've chosed a colour scheme atypical for him, so this is the result. I got the following from your idea
