I read your dialog at the top. If Ukraine signs the mineral rights with the USA, and we start our operations over there, then there will be a stop to the fighting because Russia will not want to war in that territory with USA operations on Ukraine soil. Russia will back off or be faced with it being seen as a declaration of war against the USA. Ukraine's people will prosper from the deal, and by it's trade with other nations that will be more willing to step up to the plate after the area is safe because of the deal. No one is stealing. Other countries gave loans to Ukraine to help with the fighting. We gave billions to Ukraine without accountability - which did not all go where it should have gone. Not a loan - gave. This is Ukraine's way of thanking us and getting safe and prospering in the world. They need to elect a new leader, and not have millions more die in trench warfare that will never end, while the money is relegated to fine living instead of to the troops and people.
