Time to give a Cyberforce villain a remake, Other than Shadowbolt & Scorch I haven't given Cyberforce villains an Imagen design. So why not start with who becomes one of the lead villains eventually? Even though his primary power is telekinetics, or moving things with the mind, he can also emit low-level energy blasts. Nothing too dramatic, just an extra something so as to not make him too OP. Especially after his Golden Nebula arc, where he too gains his own Creator form after first stealing Orazor's golden power, then when that doesn't work, he backstabs & drains Solarstorm of his golden form.
