I noticed other versions of this picture say, "title positioned slightly lower in the composition" so I hope it's not annoying if I offer a lesson. 

You said "poster" so GPT assumes you want the image to be taller than it is wide. So it positions the composition as if that was true, then cuts the top and bottom off the picture. 

The correct way to fix this is to tell it, "square aspect ratio" or else generate in the aspect ratio it's expecting.
