I'm so sorry.  I'm so sorry for your pain.  I have deep pain.  I wish I could get it out.  So I wish I can be like the Lightning girl, but the people I know like that just hurt others.

You know how I feel...I know a lot of loved ones who are in pain...so I write about pain a lot.
I wish you could tell me because I try to change the pain into something else.
.transform it.

I was 9 years old. Our landlord brought my father home from a job he was working. We all came out to the frontporch where Daddy was writhing in pain. My Momma got her pocketbook as she was crying from fear. Our landlord took them to the hospital. My father was admitted with a heart attack. That was a Monday morning. After two more heart attacks, he died that Wednesday. When the landlord left with him and mom for the hospital, I saw my dad for the last time. I was too young to got to his hospital room. So at 9 years of age, the last and lasting image of my 45 years old father was him writhing in pain.

I found out today, by sharing my story with a friend, that this may be why I hate pain so much...That lasting image of someone I loved most dear, and I never saw him alive after that.
