Are the eyes in the front or the back of the head?

Both, I think? Good eye, I didn't catch that. I was relieved to generate a decent depiction of Ammit.

It's okay, I get wandering eyes in mine all the time as well. Some just look punch drunk while others have entire sockets taking a detour across the forehead.
This I can totally see as Egyptian mythology.
