she needed some time to herself. As she sat there with her feet over the edge she contemplated going in. She eventually would have to get back to her group, and then explain how she ended up soaking wet. But the water was so inviting. She slid closer to the edge so she could dip her feet in and fill her boots with water. It wasn't long before her jeans were wet well above her knees. At this point she thought, there was no avoiding the inevitable and she slid off the edge into the pool. She would be wet the rest of the evening, but she didn't care. Swimming in her jeans and sweater was too irresistible to worry about that now. For the moment she was going to enjoy her time in the pool till someone came to find her.
